Preparation Method:
The preparation of 4-[2-[(3-ethyl-4-methyl-2-oxo-3-pyrroline) carboxamido] ethyl] benzenesulfonamide can be carried out by the following steps:
1. Synthesis of 3-ethyl -4-methyl-2-oxo-3-pyrrole Lin (Lin).
2.3-ethyl -4-methyl -2-oxo -3-pyrrole Lin is reacted with glycidyl formate to generate methyl 2-carboxamide ethyl benzene sulfonate.
3. react methyl 2-carboxamidoethyl benzenesulfonate with ethylenediamine to generate 4-[2-[(3-ethyl -4-methyl -2-oxo -3-pyrrole Lin) carboxamido] ethyl] benzenesulfonamide.
